Quotes & pricing
Every quote from LSC AUTOS LTD sets out exactly what's included and the total price — no hidden extras. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them (usually 30 days). If anything unexpected comes up on the day that would change the price, we'll always talk it through and agree it with you before doing any extra work.
Booking & access
Once you accept a quote we'll agree a date and time that suits you. Please make sure we can access the areas we're working on at the agreed time. If you need to rearrange, just let us know as early as you can — there's no charge for rescheduling with reasonable notice.
Weather & rescheduling
Some mechanic work depends on the weather. If conditions on the day would stop us doing a proper job, we'll contact you as soon as possible to rearrange at no cost to you.
Our guarantee
LSC AUTOS LTD stands behind every job — if you're not completely happy with the work, we'll come back and put it right.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work, once you're happy with it. We'll send an invoice with clear payment details. We don't ask for payment up front for standard jobs.
Cancellations
You can cancel a booking at any time before we start work. We'd appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
